First off, I'd like to say that the office on 1960 is better staffed than the Willis location. We originally scheduled our 6 weeks checkup for our litter of 11 at the 1960 location because we were already there getting tails docked. On our other puppy we went to the Willis location, and while there Kaylee "so called office manager" informed us that we could just come there when our pups needed their 6-week shots and that she would take care of the rest.
