Willis Stone was great for us. He is always quick to respond to a call, email, or text. He listened to our needs and found plenty of options for us to tour. On the day we toured he let us take a much time as we needed for each house. Once we picked one he was quick to get our offer in. Add first time home buyers he walked us through what we needed to do and he communicated well with us, our lender, and the selling realtor. I highly recommend Willis Stone as your realtor.
I first met with Willis in October 2021. I was in the process of selling my home of 27 years in Rexburg and trying to find a new home in the Twin Falls/Jerome area. I told Willis exactly what I was looking for and my price range. We located a home in Jerome. Unfortunately the deal fell through.
