Buyer almost lost sale bc realtor didn't meet timeliness and escrow lapsed. Agent was arrogant and refused to adhere to the contract, was rude to seller agent and advised buyer the could move in before escrow closed even though seller forbide it. Many real estate deals and this agent was worse ever.
