Staff are good but be aware if you purchase any heating from them and it breaks down they dont take responsibility. Ince they take your money they dont want to know you. We have been 1 week without heating and can't get a repair staff until Monday. Absolutely disgraceful.
They installed my aircon despite 10+ other aircon companies not being willing to do the job. Great Service!
PD did a fantastic job, went above and beyond to repair my cooling. 2 boards were faulty and PD diagnosed them and ordered the parts in just in time for our Melbourne weather
If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! Had organised for them to come out to service my aircon unit, they gave me a day and morning appointment time all was good. The morning of said appointment I got a call saying they would be out in the afternoon due to weather (no issues! Im understanding as i dont want them getting up onto my wet roof!) Tried to organise getting a wood heater installed, installer cancelled 3 times and forgot once, then tried to say we were unavailable when he tried to come out. Literally went with a company $500 more expensive so we didn’t have to deal with this installer again
