I have used Willington Pest Control and have been extremely happy with the service and professionalism of the office staff as well as the technicians. They came out and we’re on time and extremely polite and informative! Do yourself a favor and hire this company, you will not regret it!
Called for hornet nest removal; when they came (a day later than promised) the nest was not completely destroyed nor all hornets killed. After two days I purchased a good product and easily completed the job myself. When I called to complain and asked for the bill to be adjusted, the person(who was the owner) agreed to the void the bill, but then snarled at me, saying I had "wasted enough of their time", complained I didn't call sooner (even though I called two times previously) and again said I'd wasted enough of their time... read more
I called and spoke with a knowledgeable person who was friendly and answered all my questions. The technician showed up that day and took care of the yellowjacket nest I noticed and in addition he located another and took care of it as well. Amazing same day service at a reasonable price by pleasant people. Highly recommend
