I was given old food and throw up. If it doesn't look right don't eat it.
Brisket was good. They didn't have collard greens so I went with bean and coleslaw. Beans are dry. Not saucy like traditional baked beans. It was decent. Coleslaw has a bit of mustard in it. Flavor was good but not the best. The bbq sauces (regular and hot) were terrible. They had an offer putting taste that was vinegary, bitter and sour at the same time. Couldn't use any of them. I'd go there for the brisket and nothing else.
American BBQ isn’t easy to fine near Torrance so we decided to try this place. Met my expectations and would visit again. There’s not a lot of seats inside but the briskets are super juicy and soft. They have a couple different sauces too for variety.
Some of the best bbq I've had in California, at least the equal of all the other great restaurants in Redondo
