Been paying for over a year. Had a case needed their assistance and they are no where to be found. They lost my file. They handed my NEW file off to Toni. I waited for Toni to call me back. 2 months later I called to find out Toni retired and they closed my case without calling me. If that isn't the most unprofessional response, it gets worse. They hand me off AGAIN. It has been a month and I am still waiting on an initial call to say "Hello".... I have 2 lawyers outside of LegalShield waiting to take my case. What am I pay... read more
