FYI if you are visiting there is no bike parking/racks, but there is a stairway at the back that is fairly decent for locking to. To building management: you have a huge parking lot and large entrance area. There's no excuse for not having visitor bike parking.

As a new patient, I am honestly amazed with the incredible assistance offered by Hazel and the office staff. By far one of the best experiences I had with any medical clinic in 25 plus years. Hazel especially has made the process incredibly easy and efficient. I couldnt be more grateful, this is an amazing clinic that is fortunate to have such incredible staff representing them.

Dr Suen is a patient and attentive doctor, he organised a number of tests for my chest pain, and his fellow Dr. Loung is patient and attentive too, great shoutout to them.

I can’t say enough good things about this medical office. Heading into the Labour Day long weekend, my partner urgently needed a doctor’s note after a tubing accident left him with a fractured finger. We were worried we wouldn’t be able to get help in time—but the team here was incredible. They responded to our email right away, squeezed us in for a phone call with the doctor, and got us the note we needed so he could return to work on Tuesday without any hiccups.
