Made an order. Received confirmation. It was a present so couldn't check delivery. No payment processed so assume no delivery. No email so can't communicate that way. Live in the UK so phoning is NOT a reasonable option. Email confirmation was via a "no-reply" email. Need to think through their communications process.

Place oder 4 days in advance for delivery as a surprise. On the day of delivery every time I called it was busy or they hung up. The surprise was ruined because the person had to pick up their arrangement. Tried to support the small business glad. I didn't go through 800 Flowers and paid all those extra fees for poor service.
I met my wife 4 years ago, this month. For the previous 3 years, I've always tried to get peonies (her favorite flower) in late May for her birthday and each year, I've been told to wait until June. This year, I waited until June (6th) just to find out that everyone is sold out and that I should've bought them last week! I write this review while my wife is crying tears of joy and smelling her beautiful peonies. Thank you Willingboro Florists for helping to make my wife's day. You guys are awesome!
