I ordered my brother in laws family a large peace Lilly plant for the passing of his mother and they receive a smedium size plant. I called 1800 flowers (who i ordered through) to let them know what occurred and they apologized and issued a credit due to them not receiving the correct size plant. Later that afternoon this florist came back to the house and retrieved the plant saying i canceled the order which was untrue. 1800 flowers gave me a credit because they did not receive what I paid for. I wanted a beautiful bouquet of flowers to get for someone’s bday. It’s false advertising, do not go here!! What I asked for VS what I got. I could’ve made this myself 😕even the vase is different.
Save your money. Pictured is what I received vs what I ordered from online. Feels cheap and quickly thrown together. You have a better chance just going across the street to the fruit market and grabbing something else.
Pleasantly surprised by the solid service. Despite a minor mistake (which they quickly rectified/compensated to my satisfaction), everything was great & handled timely with respect. Really admired the owner & Stephanie for their accomodations & attitudes. Exactly what I would expect of a good family run business. Thanks for making my girlfriend's valentine's day special! Will definitely look to return again in the future.
