For Quality Assurance and monitoring and training purposes I found this organization thru a friend as well as on line. I took the necessary steps to fill out the new patient paperwork and send in pertinent information. It then took them over 3 weeks to make me an appointment which would have been today July 29, 2026. Today was just too do paperwork that I already submitted and did online.
