I was really hoping to like Grill & Willie’s Icehouse since it’s so close to my home. They have some great happy hour specials, which was a nice start. After ordering at the front counter, the service seemed a little unorganized. I waited about 10 minutes before my waitress came over, and I was never offered a glass of water.
