Slow to take our orders. One customer's food was cold when it arrived. The other food was pretty good (give of us total). If you're young and want to drink and listen to loud music, this might be a good fit. If you're approaching middle age and want efficiency, go elsewhere.

I asked the waitress if they sang Happy Birthday for customers and she said they did but it t sucked needless to say she refused to ask her co workers to help her out and sing happy birthday to my husband very disappointed �
The customer service has really fallen off since the old general manager left. It’s getting so bad that when we walk in and don’t immediately see a server that we recognize, we walk right back out again and head to another Willie’s location.
