I just came from trying to get my car washed in one of the automated washers. I paid my phone 10 bucks and waited for the person in the car wash to finish. When they pulled out, I waited to be prompted to pull in and it never happened. I went ahead and pulled in and the under wash started and then stopped and nothing happened. I pulled out and drove back around and same thing. So you stole 10 bucks from me. And when I tried to call and leave a message, your number has been disconnected. Either take care of the place or bulldoze it! Vacuums are terrible and the carpet shampoo machine took my quarters because of course it wouldn’t take dollars. The automatic car wash works well for me but don’t like the vacuum situation is always a crap shoot!
How do you get refund - spend 10.00 on car wash in auto car wash and it applied soap once to car then quit?
Last weekend I lost $2 in the machine trying to buy glass cleaner. The first one got stuck just hanging there and like an idiot I put in 4 more quarters. Then the machine did not work at all. A couple days ago I went back to use the carpet cleaning machine. Again, I put in the money and it did not work. The phone number listed does not work, either. I used to come here all the time but probably not again.
well it's always great when you pay a bunch and your car is still dirty. sigh.
Terrible. It used to be worth the money. I tried to use the vacuum and it had no suction. Spent $12 and basically water was coming from the ceiling like it was pouring down rain...in the car wash! Why is this acceptable to pay money for a service that doesn't do its job!!
Paid $8 for a wash. Had to spend another $3 to get all the soap off of my car in the self-wash bay.
