I visited this mechanic about a year ago to have all four spark plugs replaced. Unfortunately, I later found out that they only replaced one spark plug but charged me for all four. Which caused my car to result to the same issue down the line. Another mechanic confirmed that three old spark plugs were still in place. It seems like they take advantage of customers who aren’t super familiar with car repairs, so I’d strongly advise others to just be cautious!
Willie is a great guy. Not only did he address the problems we were having with the car, he went over and above and replaced parts that weren't part of the original quote. He cares about the customer and makes sure everything is working properly before you get it back. He takes pride in his work and is very, very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Willie to anyone who wants a safe, quality, reasonably priced repair.
I was stationed at Offutt AFB NE from 2000-2004. Willie helped me and a lot of my friends with their cars. He was honest, knowledgeable, and a true professional. Being stationed all over the world, I came to realize how great of a mechanic and honest man he is. He always took care of us and I am so grateful for him. Thank you.
Willie was awesome! He found the issue and didn't even charge us (bc it's something the dealership has to do) but he's a legend. My mom really wanted to pay him something, so we'll probably be back in a year or so once we move down. (P.S. don't talk to him while he's working, my mom tried that because she nervous talks)
They did a fabulous job on my 66 Mustang. I came in with a long list of items, and he was very honest about what could be fixed and what other issues he discovered. It was such a relief to find a mechanic who didn't try and up sell every little thing and charged a very fair price. I will bring all of my vehicles here in the future.
