I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience at Dr. Teo Ong’s office. The wait times were extremely long. After waiting for over two hours without being seen, I ultimately had to leave the office. This level of delay is very difficult for patients who work and arrange their schedules around appointments. Additionally, the restroom was not functioning, which created an especially difficult situation for elderly patients. My doctor referred me to this place, given the fact that there’s this and maybe two other places in Brownsville. When approaching front desk they said they tried to reschedule my appointment, I asked what number they had on file, they gave me three numbers that are no longer my phone numbers. Front desk said that’s the number my doctor gave them. Why don’t you start by cancelling the emails first? The email of my appointment was still set with no other reminder that it would get cancelled because the doctor wasn’t in. So I w... read more
Great doctor but they take to long more then 3 hours they need more help or space out their appointments.
