Willie Schmeltz is an excellent realtor with RE/MAX Gold Coast. He is the most patient, understanding, kind and overly helpful realtor I’ve ever worked with. He goes above and beyond the normal ensuring your home is beautifully prepared for sale. If there are any repairs to be made prior to showing, he will take care of it. He most definitely enjoys his job from start to finish.
