Like other reviewers, Dr. Donald found a congenital defect on ultrasound. However, we found him to be quick and gentle in his diagnosis and comforting in how quickly he would arrange follow up care with facilities more equipped to handle us. He showed us a text to fully explain his diagnosis, and gently urged us when we had questions that he has to stay in his lane of expertise, which I appreciated immensely over getting incomplete or inaccurate information. Condescending and without sympathy while diagnosing a lethal genetic abnormality in our baby. Uninformed, he printed us a copy from a textbook to explain our diagnosis and provided little other information besides the fact that he refused to provide our baby with prenatal care due to our diagnosis being so severe. Would not recommend to any mother under any circumstances, especially one facing a genetic abnormality.
