One of the most beautifully designed dining spaces I've ever experienced. I love that the character of the general store was maintained through use of the original wooden coolers, the great floors, and other architectural details, but that Glenn, Lauri and Dylan have used color and decor to modernize the space. So good! My compliments to the chefs on one of the best meals I've ever had - Warm Squash & Cabbage - Roasted butternut squash and shallots, shredded green and purple cabbage, Vermont nitrate-free bacon, Great Hill Blue cheese, fresh sage, with a Hermit Thrush Ale/maple syrup vinaigrette & Seared Sea Scallops - Served with pearl couscous, garlic sautéed kale and wilted spinach, a tamarimaple syrup reduction, and lightly dusted with za’atar — a Mediterranean spice blend. Yum!
