25 Oct 2018. 10a apt. for yearly vac. staff must have thought I was retired with nothing else to do. finally free at 1105a. missed 2 hours of work.
I am completely disappointed with this experience. I spent 179.50 for four pet rats just for a checkup and urinary tract infection antibiotics that lasts 10 days with no refills. I do not intend to use this business again.
