This is the worst business ever. I went in today to pick up my braces. The doctor there fitted my braces for my legs with just my socks on. It felt fine. He did not even try with my shoes on.But that was fine, because I had been having braces my whole entire life. I get home and can't even fit these in the shoe. Call my insurance to find out. I can get another pair.Do a different company. When my insurance called them they lied and send that. I said it felt fine and I wouldn't let them fit me.Which is a lie because i'm thirt... read more

I have had a pair of shoes on order for over a year. When I call, they don't answer. If you leave a message, they never call you back . Even when I go by, I get the same answer that they are not in.

Went there fora or. Of diabetic shoes, the process had taken over a month dealing with Williamsport orthopedic and my family Doctor over a Form for approval from my family Doctor, I was stuck in the middle of 2 businesses, on checking to see if form was sent or received by the other Party, Finally Not getting any satisfaction, I Canceled my order for Diabetic Shoes

They do great work. We use them for one of our children who has a severe leg discrepancy. I HIGHLY recommend them.
