I regret choosing Richmond American Homes for my new build in Columbia, TN. From start to finish, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The quality of the home is extremely poor, and I’ve had multiple issues with the workmanship. Also, you can't trust the reviews as I see the builder has his family putting the good reviews. 1000% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
HATE THIS PLACE WITH A PASSION! The worst builder AND person, along with ZERO care for customers! NEVER do business here, if you care about your own well being.
