I was very disappointed when I went in that store as I was looking to buy a bike, but the salesperson didn't seem eager to help me .. as we were talking he told me he had to go take a phone call and he would be right back with me. He went to go take a phone call and An older couple walked in He went over them and started asking them if there's anything he can help them with and just kinda disregarded me ..So Needless to say I walked out without purchasing anything.... their loss not mine
The entire process was seamless and completed in under an hour. Rich was exceptional to work with—knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. I’m very pleased with my new bike and the overall experience
