This company has the absolute worst customer service ever. I ordered almost 600.00 worth of merchandise . Instead of notifying me know items were out of they processed my order charged me for the items, shipped them . 4 days later they notified me AFTER THEY SHIPPED my order that only half my order was there . The rest was out of stock . So now I have to pay shipping plus a restock fee . I was unable to speak to a supervisor and the rep couldn’t find my order with the invoice # ... Woah, talk about fast delivery! Ordered and got my stuff in like 2 days! And their pricing even beat some of the usual cheap online retailers. Needed some gear to tangle hair during the Covid and this company delivered. I wanted to give my dollars to a local supply store and this company came through! Clippers were in short supply online but WBBS had them and didn’t inflate the price. Nice, very nice!

I have been ordering from this company since 2009. they are slipping up, selling new clippers that are already broke,a pair of Andis trimmers that I had to argue with to send me a new pair, another pair of Oster 76 after only 3 months, do not work. bought a latherking latherizer a year ago, had it serviced once already, now it's not working again. found another barber supply to order from.
