RecommendedMy job makes it difficult to drop off and pick up by vehicle, and since I'm in Bondurant they always are able to accommodate picking my vehicle up, fixing it, and bringing it back to me. I've had multiple head light issues and they have fixed it until it was working correct. 1st time they got it to work, we got it back and it stopped working. They took it back, fixed something else without a 2nd charge and got it corrected. Thank you for the accommodation and repair.
We had a check engine light come on in our Jeep and decided to take it locally rather than the dealership, and we’ve never made a better choice. They diagnosed and researched the problem and let us know it should be covered under an extended warranty at the dealer. We thanked them and picked it up. We called three dealers who all insisted it was not covered, so we returned. They gave us a free loaner car and went home. I had hit a raccoon with my car and the air dam was damaged and started scraping the ground as I was driving thru Bondurant on my way home to State Center. I stopped at Williamsons Repair and asked if I could borrow a wrench to take the air dam off since it was ruined. Not only did Williamson's give me a wrench but a technician came out and laid on the hot pavement and helped me take it off in 90 degree heat! My car was alerting that I had a low tire. I stopped in on the way home from work and asked to have the pressure checked. It was low. They checked for a leak, found one and had it repaired while I waited.
