***update- I’ve recently discovered that because of my negative review, one of the maintenance workers thinks it’s okay to go around flapping his gums to other tenants about me and another tenant saying I’m a shit starter and a bad person because I spoke about them on my review! But won’t say anything to our faces. Acting like I’m lying and writing things for no reason. Newsflash: I wouldn’t complain if they did their jobs! When I moved here in 2017 this was a nice place. The manager at the time was efficient and maintenance staff, on point. Since then it has progressively gotten worse. There are drug deals all hours of the night, it took me 2 years and a call to the local code enforcement to get my bathroom fixed and its STILL not all the way done. Getting ahold of the office is a joke and if you do, you get talked to like your a child. My income has been changed since October of LAST year and my rent still isn't adjusted. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Do NOT move here. I used to work here as a property manager and I know exactly how this place works, and after I became disabled and needed to find low income housing, I made it clear to my family I didn’t want to live here. Well my wishes were ignored. No one takes pride in this place. The outside looks atrocious and there are dead plants and garbage everywhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. Yes it’s affordable, but your mental health WILL suffer if you move in here. There’s nothing but drama between the tenants, the maintence workers are an absolute joke. They get involved in tenant drama, steal tenants property, they’re rude and inconsiderate. They don’t salt the sidewalks during the winter, mind you, this is low income housing and more tenants than not are disabled so this causes extreme safety concerns for people trying to go outside for any reason.
