If I could give them a zero I would. I live next to one of the properties that they manage. The property is in terrible condition. Trash all over the yard. The patio in the backyard is full of water and mosquito larva. I’ve spoken to people who have rented it, and they said that the condition was terrible inside and that they could not get anyone to fix it. The owner of this company kicked me out of his office after yelling at me, when I went in to inquire why the Owner of the house (currently for rent) gave me a 30 day notice. The owner decided to do construction in the back yard that she did not manage and allowed to go on longer than it should have, and left a mess.
