Angie is incredibly down to earth and helpful. Maintenance is quick to come fix problems. She helped us find a house in cute neighborhood in our budget.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They did not clean the apartment at all before giving us the keys to move in. There are cockroaches everywhere and I have called, emailed, and showed up to the office countless times in the past week to no response. DO NOT LEASE FROM HERE. They obviously do not care about their tenants or properties. Attached is a sneak peak of the disgusting state the house was in. Terrible experience with Angie and this company. Avoid at all cost, she will gaslight you into problems with the property. They are impossible to get in hold of, they should not be allowed in San Marcos. Angie should be ashamed of herself the way she runs their company.
