this place isn't what they said over the phone, originally I spoke to the owner over the phone, he answered my questions (although I didn't ask ALL the right questions) when I arrived on their property, the "office manager" informed me of other rules, fee's and deposits that I wasn't aware of after the initial conversation......If you are looking for a place to put your camper, i do not suggest this mobile home park, very rude man running the office......
