Wonderful staff and experience.
I’ve had a couple past good experiences but my appointment yesterday was very disappointing. First, I was kept waiting in the waiting room for 30-40 minutes past my appointment time. I know things can happen and was okay waiting. There was no mention or apology for the lateness and by the time my provider saw me in the room, it was an hour past my appointment time.
