This is the worst practice I have ever been to. I gave them my insurance card and they said I was covered. I came in and they asked for no co-pay, because I figured there wouldn’t be one for my annual physical. They later bill me and my insurance said they are out of network and they billed me as a specialist. This was not a specialist visit. I didn’t have a dr at the time and I got really sick and they they have send me to a hospital in Tyler and when I came back to lufkin I established dr Williamson as my dr and I have been with him ever since and this had been two going on three years now he is just great
