Dr Booth was so rude to my daughter at her appointment that when she left the visit she was in tears. He was short. Kept cutting her off and basically she felt like he didn't have the time to listen to her concerns. Me and my family have gone to Williamson Eye Center for over 3 decades and we will not be back.

The eye dr is nice, but the eyeglasses side is not. I always feel rushed when my daughter is trying on glasses. I feel like we are bothering the girls that work there. We went to pick up her glasses, and the girl just handed us the case. Every other time, they make sure she likes them and they fit properly which they don't this time. I think we will be going somewhere else next time.
I recently had Catalyst cataract surgery at the location in Baton Rouge on Connell Lane. The staff is amazingly talented and very friendly. The entire time I was there for both procedures, they attended to me like family. I had both lens changed and the procedures were two weeks apart. Recovery time very minimum and my vision is as if I were in my 20's now which is quite amazing of its own since I'm fixing to be 64 years old. Hey, Good Buddies!!! Guess what!! I'm sitting here perusing my FB WITHOUT MY GLASSES!!! Just enlarged the screen and I'm good to go!!! BIG SHOUT OUT to Dr. Blake Williamson at Williamson Eye Center!!! He 'fixed' my cataracts and after 2 surgeries in 2 weeks, I can see pretty much anything in and around my environment without the glasses I've worn for better than 50 yrs, and need 'readers' only for close-up work, like my crosswords and books!! I brought my 2 daughters here for eye exams and glasses within the last few weeks, as well as an exam for myself. I’ve been met with challenges every step of the way and will never use them again, nor recommend them to anyone. The staff and dr are excellent. They makeup feel right at home.
I just drove an hour out of my way to pick up my glasses that they said were ready and they decided to close an hour and a half early.. Nothing was posted about them closing early..
First impression not so good, still waiting to go back, patients time is just as valuable as clinics time, really??????
