This place has an extremely trashy work culture and one of the worse I have ever seen. The lazy workers who can't make production the entire day and/or work days scheduled, do not get coached regularly and the workers that do are constantly monitored and coached for every little thing. The weekend shift I noticed are the epitome of EVIL, HATE, ENVY and STRESS from beginning to end of the shift and filled with continuous MISERY.
