We reached here at 8:40am, apt. Time was 9am. I got a text to check in which I did and they said we know u r here and we will let u know when it’s ur turn. We waited outside and it was 9:04am , door was locked we never heard back from them. I started calling 10 minutes earlier, no one picked up. Than I have called to the main county department and they ring them and then they came to open the door, but it was so uncomfortable

I have tried for weeks to get a COVID 19 vacinnation. Every interaction with Williamson County has been a disaster. The incompetence is amazing. I have been on hold with their vaccine provider for 40 minutes. I see posts on Next Door where people have gone to neighboring counties or into Austin and successfully gotten their vaccinations. I hope we will fire every elected official connected to this incompetence as well as their provider. I wonder if someone could helping me identify who owns FHS. Tried calling, went to Voicemail. As of 2/24 they show they have vaccines. Are they sitting on undistributed vaccines??
