I waited over 3 months for repairs to to be made to my floating dock after the spring flooding. They finally showed up installed 3 used floaters and charged me for new ones. They made a mess of the stabilizing pipe which was holding the corner of the dock up by installing an improper shorter pipe which now causes that corner to be held under water. They also pulled the floaters down steps to dock destroying the paint job. This outfit is grossly overpriced and under skilled! Still trying to get my dock repaired!
I was charged over $800.00 to tell me the batteries needed to be replaced. This cost did not include the new batteries or their installation. It also took nearly a week for their services. I will not use them again, nor should you.
