I’ve lived here for 25 years and love the diversity of my neighbors, many of whom have become my friends. The homes here are small, with no basements, so aren’t ideal if you like to keep a lot of stuff. We do need some improvements made to the property, however they are starting to happen, starting with repaving the streets. There have been some disgruntled residents here who don’t like the Condo Association rules. I personally don’t find the rules any different from any other Condo Associations.
Who is in charge of the HOA ?
Lived here for almost nine years and it’s a cute little community. It’s a great starter home for individuals and small families. It’s very quiet and people usually keep to themselves. I only gave it four stars because the snow removal could be a little better. Other than that, no complaints.
The community itself is nice but the community is very dated in that they are not tolerant of children much at all. Vic constantly harasses the owners and tenants. Having had several run ins with him about children ( some whom weren't even mine) riding bikes and skateboards, climbing trees, normal children things.
