Predatory and Mismanaged HOA Deceptive Practices and Zero Value I am writing this to warn current and future residents about the severe lack of integrity, predatory practices, and terrible management of this HOA. The most alarming issue is their willingness to use dishonest tactics. On Tuesday night at 7:30 PM, I found a generic towing warning sticker on my vehicle. I’ve lived here for 25 years and love the diversity of my neighbors, many of whom have become my friends. The homes here are small, with no basements, so aren’t ideal if you like to keep a lot of stuff. We do need some improvements made to the property, however they are starting to happen, starting with repaving the streets. There have been some disgruntled residents here who don’t like the Condo Association rules. I personally don’t find the rules surprising or difficult to adhere to.
