I’ve lived here for 25 years and love the diversity of my neighbors, many of whom have become my friends. The homes here are small, with no basements, so aren’t ideal if you like to keep a lot of stuff. We do need some improvements made to the property, however they are starting to happen, starting with repaving the streets. There have been some disgruntled residents here who don’t like the Condo Association rules. I personally don’t find the rules surprising or difficult to adhere to.

Lived here for almost nine years and it’s a cute little community. It’s a great starter home for individuals and small families. It’s very quiet and people usually keep to themselves. I only gave it four stars because the snow removal could be a little better. Other than that, no complaints.
