The best I have lived here going on 4 years
I mean it’s a roof over your head but my heater broke last winter and no one would come and fix it. I was told “our only maintenance worker is out on vacation” meanwhile my grandma had a maintenance worker come fix her stove for her apartment the same day. Not to mention the whole apartment is full of “landlord special” fixes that just don’t work. Over priced for what it is.
