I mean it’s a roof over your head but my heater broke last winter and no one would come and fix it. I was told “our only maintenance worker is out on vacation” meanwhile my grandma had a maintenance worker come fix her stove for her apartment the same day. Not to mention the whole apartment is full of “landlord special” fixes that just don’t work. Over priced for what it is.

I have lived in these apartments 5 separate occassions and currently living here waiting to be moved into yet another appointment anyone bedroom. Everytime I have moved here the apartments have been spotless, walls clean, carpets clean and ready to unpack. I didn't have to wipe down even the cabinets. The office employees have been so nice and respond almost immediately. The outside areas are always clean.
