The most worst customer service ive ever seen. They tell you one thing and then go back on it. I've been in customer service for over 10 years and this is by far the worst/incompetent workers ive ever seen in my life. I'm going to let my colleagues and professional relationships with others to not even think about coming here.

I mean it’s a roof over your head but my heater broke last winter and no one would come and fix it. I was told “our only maintenance worker is out on vacation” meanwhile my grandma had a maintenance worker come fix her stove for her apartment the same day. Not to mention the whole apartment is full of “landlord special” fixes that just don’t work. Over priced for what it is.
