The area is nice and quiet. You can go in and out your door without having to climb any stairs. The dumpsters are within reach without having to swing your trash bag to get it into the dumpster. Area is well kept I rarely see trash lying around. If I even Bring up a concern the manager is ready to send maintenance over and check it out. The managers name is Amanda, she takes care of business. Great manager, Amanda is always available to answer questions or help with any issues. Maintenance is prompt. Only issue I have is my HVAC doesn't seem to work as well to keep it warm/cool in the bedrooms upstairs. I don't know why this is, I'm thinking the unit may be old or poor ductwork? Not sure.. It's not unbearable but I need fans in summer and space heaters in winter. They reshingled & put new insulation on this past summer so I'm thinking it's the furnace itself. I'm calling an HVAC company to help detect the issue.
I have lived here for almost 14 years and have never had any problems . If i have a maintenance need they come fix it or replace it. I've had to have maintenance come out on weekends for a blown out pilot light or something similar and they are very quick and always very nice. Rent is also affordable for a townhouse. Any other townhouses are almost double what i pay for pretty much the same thing
