i got kicked out after 4 months the property manager Avery the tall rainbow women and her sasquatch maintenance man come in your apartment when your not home make fake lease violations for smoking which cool i told the rainbow dont come back to my apartment unless i'm home to record you and she kept talking like she is some type of boss so i blocked her and she got me kicked out fine i have a better apartment anyways i would not rent from these people ever again. the property manager rainbow avery will defiantly get you kick... read more
No care for the residents. Takes 3 wks to process the application. Dogs run around without a leash. Young children not supervised. Mgr appears cold and unfriendly.
This town home is one of the nicest town homes ive seen. And i love the manager amanda she is the most respectful kind hearted woman. She gets stuff done and she helps solve issues
