This town home is one of the nicest town homes ive seen. And i love the manager amanda she is the most respectful kind hearted woman. She gets stuff done and she helps solve issues
Does anybody know who the management of these apartments are by a chance if so could you please let me know in the number thank you
The area is nice and quiet. You can go in and out your door without having to climb any stairs. The dumpsters are within reach without having to swing your trash bag to get it into the dumpster. Area is well kept I rarely see trash lying around. If I even Bring up a concern the manager is ready to send maintenance over and check it out. The managers name is Amanda, she takes care of business. Great manager, Amanda is always available to answer questions or help with any issues. Maintenance is prompt. Only issue I have is my HVAC doesn't seem to work as well to keep it warm/cool in the bedrooms upstairs. I don't know why this is, I'm thinking the unit may be old or poor ductwork? Not sure.. It's not unbearable but I need fans in summer and space heaters in winter. They reshingled & put new insulation on this past summer so I'm thinking it's the furnace itself. I'm calling an HVAC company to help detect the issue.
