I believe the staff at the front office are very unprofessional and switch up and change whenever they want to. I signed a lease for one price and then every month there’s extra charges for every little thing I was forced to get renters insurance, but it doesn’t appear that the renters insurance covers anything they charged me for bed bug treatment and offered me a payment plan for the cost even though I pay every month for pest control and tried to give me a 3 day notice to vacate for not signing the payment plan agreement ... read more
Disabled residents will be charged extra for not being physically able to move all furniture during pest control inspections. Called the rental office and was advised no accommodation is available.

Moved in March of 2022 and been one of the worse places to live. First they change ownership and said nothing to the residents and then tried to people evicted for none rent payments because the previous owners didn't transfer over the records. Now rent keep changing and random fees added every month. I'm not sure what's going on but I will be contacting my lawyer about this and tack legal action if need be.
