1st two days grand daughter and I both sick toxic fumes in apt then again Brenda say it's the 3rd party cleaners they use toxic chemicalsbut the apt was not clean ??? again 2wks later they came in my apt without notice made a repair and sprayed bug spray and Brenda says it wasn't us it wasn't us ...well who then Brenda she dont know she says. Very condescending, skilled deflecting conversation, talk over you B4 you can ask the I gave these people 4000 so far I'm very unhappy with this place
Deborah is great and very considering ! If there is any issue she makes sure maintenance is there immediately . Nice neighborhood!
Very great apartments
Great apartments and quite neighborhood to live in. The lawn care is excellent and maintained. A cleaning company comes once a week to maintain hallways. The rent is reasonable compared to others. Debra the Property Manager is professional, kind and understanding. Whenever I’ve had an issue with my apartment it’s always taking care ASAP. I was surprised about the other reviews. I have never experienced rodents, roaches or any bugs. This is my honest review.
