RecommendedThe massages were all booked so no comment there. This is not our 1st salt spa experience (Greenbrier, WV) and it was really good, but not as well as we expected. First, the noise. Lots of noise outside the door that you could hear from inside. Had to get up and get earplugs. Second, the salt air didn’t seem as heavy or concentrated as the other place I’ve been. But I would still go back.
Staff was professional, knowledgeable and the massage therapists definitely know their job. I enjoyed the salt cave. I will be going back!!!
My husband and I decided to splurge while on vacation and take a trip to the Williamsburg Salt Spa. It was worth EVERY penny. The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly and full of wonderful knowledge. We did a session in the salt cave then had a hot salt massage. My massage therapist was Sara and my husband's was Elisa. They were AMAZING! We will be returning on our next vacation and we hope they will both be available for our next visit to the spa.

First time visiting. I never sleep in the day time but fell asleep in the salt cave. The staff was very friendly and we left getting some of their product. I have heard prices were high but you pay for what you get and compared to amazon there prices weren’t much higher. We will be sure to return on our next trip to Williamsburg. Oh the recliners were so comfortable even for a larger guy. No complaints here. Would be a 10 if I could rate it.
Today was my first visit for the float and it was an awesome experience.. I loved it and felt so relaxed all day.. I will definitely be going back.. I also want to say the staff was extremely nice ..

Ok so Anita ROCKS the massage table. The wife and I had couples massage, and this was my 3rd massage from Anita. She’s better each time, and she has always been nothing less than Amazeballs! My wife misses Sarah, who is on a short leave, but I guess I must share Anita. 😁 We still need to experience the salt cave. Thank You Anita!
