Edit: Katrina has been dodging the police and everyone else concerned. Fun fact- she works at the Walmart Supercenter in Williamsburg. Severe issues. Cashing tenants rent & not giving it to property owners. Maintenance & property checks not being done in multiple years- to the point that there are dangerous issues in property. Owners AND tenants cannot get in touch with management. They are not keeping office hours. At this point, outright theft from multiple properties. Started out great. Was friends with Katrina prior to renting. Unless it was an emergency no work would be done. All contact numbers are out of service, mailboxes full or just no answer. Straight up avoiding phone calls. Front and back doors needed replacing per the maintenance man and never replaced. Still waiting on my security deposit back and it has been 6 months. Just drove by the property and it is rented out. Speaking with lawyers now.

They were the property management of my house. They would not keep in touch with the owner about any of his properties. They then cashed a rent check for a property that isn't theirs and won't return calls. Now out $1600
Do not associate with this company they have been stealing checks from tenants and pocketing the cash if you rent from them call the police there is a huge investigation going on right now!
