They didn't do anything and did not even stay for no more than 5 mins. The guy just stated that he has another to go to and too much thing to do and left and just took my money of $280 for just showing up. What a rip off! He should at least tried to look at the problem and left us all cold the whole night with no hot water. Terrible and very uncaring!
These folks truly are the best. I have never met a more honest and trust worthy company. They replaced my hot water heater with a competitive price the same day. Nowadays it is hard to find a company that truly cares about the customer. This company truly cares about the customer!
