its trouble place my air conditonder is been out they wont fix it less its over 80 my daughter has asma very bad i do not live here if you have to matness stinks they dont fix any thing around here we have trouble pot holes in the road weeds every where i have been trying to move no luck only place i no you have to give 60 day notice so thats hard their

I've lived here four months and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the complex as well as my own apartment. The rent is fair and the maintenance staff is efficient as far as I can tell, since I've only had two issues come up. The children who live here are well behaved, play well together, and respect authority figures. They are a bit too noisy at times, but that's to be expected.
