After a bad experience with a different orthodontic practice, I took my 9 year old to see Dr.Wendell upon the recommendation of several friends. I wasn't necessarily looking for a second opinion on treatment plans, as much as I was looking for someone with a good "bedside manner" for my now scared, daughter. But what a blessing--I got both! So very pleased with my son's orthodontic care! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The wait isn't very long...and they always have yummy Duck Donut cookies, coffee and water...whenever we had a need, they filled it! Thanks so very much for everything! Now my son is out of braces and in his retainers, we will not go as frequently and we will miss them. We might catch Dr. Wendell at a W&M game, where he always takes the time to say hello...I highly recommend this practice!

Absolutely the BEST!!! Everyone is friendly and they go above and beyond to make their customers comfortable and pleased. I interviewed other practices in the area and none of them came close to the staff and prices here.
