We built a new home with Williamsburg 23 years ago. While the materials that are apparent to a buyer appear high quality, be forewarned that the sub-contractors who Williamsburg utilizes are sub-par. In the past 12 months we have had electrical wiring problems emerge in two separate locations of the house which have necessitated expensive repairs and plumbing problems (water leaks plus mold) that have emerged in two separate locations which have necessitated mold and water damage mitigation plus restoration repairs.
