This office is phenomenal. From the front desk staff to the ladies that perform eye testing they are all outstanding. Dr. Lodwick is extremely knowledgeable about idiopathic intercranial hypertension. This facility has scanners for the eyes where you do not even need your eyes dilated it’s a pain free experience. The lady that helped me with finding glasses, and staff at checkout were also exceptional. I highly recommend this office for a regular eye exam or a more serious eye condition they truly give beyond excellent care.

Doctor is very good. Front desk and eyeglass fitting staff leaves a lot to be desired. I had to call about my annual appointment, and phone calls always seem to go to voicemail. Staff didn’t call me when my contacts came in, so I had to call them to ask for a status update (they were already there). Rebates - they will mention them, but won’t give you the rebate paperwork unless you ask for it. Had to ask for a contact receipt for the rebate as well. We’ve been patients of Dr Ambrose for over 12 years. When I went to make my annual appointment several years ago, she was no longer in Grafton but moved to Williamsburg Eye Care. When I find an exceptional provider, I will search for him/her. Appointment was set within a day of calling, less than 15 minute wait to see Dr Ambrose. She takes her time with her patients, answering their questions, offering alternative solutions. Very easy access to the Williamsburg office and the office staff are efficient and friendly.
