Do not move here. This place is a dump They care more about the outside than the inside. Constantly going up on the rent which is not worth it. The only way you will get anything done on the inside unless you moved out or it breaks down. Other than that good luck. They changed your renewal to what they want it to be not your move in date.
When I lived there for 10 years, I experienced poor maintenance response, increased rent to the point of being ridiculous for outdated apartments. They couldn't even keep the pool maintained regularly and properly. My apartment was always too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. Safe to say I hated it.
I lived there in the 80's. Looks like the kitchens have never been updated.
