When I lived there for 10 years, I experienced poor maintenance response, increased rent to the point of being ridiculous for outdated apartments. They couldn't even keep the pool maintained regularly and properly. My apartment was always too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. Safe to say I hated it.
I lived there in the 80's. Looks like the kitchens have never been updated.
Pretty decent looking place the one building smells of cat tho but otherwise they are pretty decent
