Hard to reach anybody for anything and no website. Online HOA fees stopped on webpage and I was not contacted. Had to pay $1000 extra in fees and then the HOA wants $100 extra for charging you extra. Such a scam.
I have been trying to reach the management company, to help my mom, who is 86, pay her condo fee. I keep getting a recording that says, press any key to continue and then another recording saying there are no alarms… This is ridiculous!! All she wants to do is pay her condo fee. They no longer allow owners to leave payments in mail house. In this day in age, there should be a website for owners to pay on line.
