Horrible STAY AWAY FROM WILLIAMSBURG JEEP. I recently relocated to Williamsburg from Sedona Arizona. I have a 2019 Rubican Unlimited and recently the power lock switch on the passenger side quit working. I called and made an appointment at Williamsburg Jeep and brought it in to get checked out. While it was there I also got the oil changed and tires rotated. About 6 hours later I get a phone call and the service agent tells me they cannot cover the power lock switch under warranty and he quoted me $450 to fix. When I ask why... read more

Bad Service Have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealer and always used their service department for warranty and repair work. Always no better than average but slowly went bad. I had my tires rotated and they did not tighten the nuts. I left town shortly after having the service done for vacation and 2 of my tires almost fell off. I waited a week before I contacted the service department to cool off. I was over it but just wanted a sincere apology and refund for my cost incurred but I could not even get a return phone... read more
