Lived here for 18 years. Very convenient location to the Watterson and shopping. And restaurants. The manager patty and her husband lou are great folks. They work hard to keep the place up to standard. They are also very professional. Best manager ever.

The property manager patty is nosey and she be asking tenants about what’s going on in other tenants apartments.
I've been here almost 3 years and I don't like it's near a busy street but its a homey feel and the manager is super sweet and the maintenance is great anytime you call they're here that day if not no later than the next I would highly recommend someone to come here
