Management and maintenance has been wonderful. Ive never had a problem which is a relief. The A/C broke 3 days after I moved in and they were on it right away and had it fixed the next day. The only reason it wasnt sooner is because it was on a holiday and they couldnt get the parts. In the mean time they supplied lots of fans and really tried to accomadate. The place is nice..except my apartment has been about 85 degrees all summer long. I have complained about the ac several times but they always just say, "its working". If I cook in here at all, it gets up to about 90. Its rediculous to pay rent for a place you cant live in because its too hot!!
two-bedroom apartments are nice and spacious. private washer/dryer is definitely a plus. however, there are some cheap housing units just down the road and some wannabe snoop doggs are yelling at cars once in a while. cops drive by on the regular basis.
